Officer - Training, Manpower Planning and Career Development Unit (1)
The job holder will work under the supervision of the Supervisor (Training, Manpower Planning and Career Development) in the implementation of all specialized HR functions relating to Training, Manpower Planning and Career Development. He/she should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related fields from a recognized university.
- Goal oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills (written & verbal), information gathering and analytical skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong team;
- Ability to be proactive and be able to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work efficiently with Microsoft packages (MS Word, Excel and Power Point) and make presentations.
