The National Revenue Authority has allocated funds for the Refurbishment of Sanya Customs Border Post/Staff Quarter. The National Revenue Authority now invites sealed bids from eligible contractors as follows:
Brief Description- REFURBISHMENT OF CUSTOMS BORDER POST/STAFF QUARTER AT SANYA- KARENE DISTRICT
Bid Security- NLe 15,000
Delivery Schedule- 1 MONTH
Partial Quotation will be considered non-responsive.
Bidding is open to all interested Building Contractors who are registered with the Ministry of Works and Technical Maintenance with Financial Class 2 or above.
Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding documents from Mondays to Fridays at the Procurement Unit, National Revenue Authority, 4th Floor, at 18 Wellington Street, Freetown from 9.00 am to4:00 pm – on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
A complete bidding document may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Leones (NLe 300). Payment should be by cash into the following National Public Procurement Accounts with details as shown:

Sealed Bids must be marked on the outer envelope “Refurbishment of Customs Border Post/Staff Quarter at Sanya” delivered to the office below on or before 10:00 AM on Wednesday 28th September 2022 and must be accompanied by the following documentation:
A Bid Security of Fifteen Thousand Leones (NLe15,000) must be in the form of a valid Bank Guarantee from a reputable bank and recognized by the Central Bank of Sierra Leone.
A copy of a valid Business Licence
A copy of a valid Business Registration Certificate
A copy of a valid NRA Tax Clearance Certificates
A copy of a valid NASSIT Certificate
Experience of Works of Similar Nature for the last two (2) years with evidence.
A copy of a valid Works Certificate from the Ministry of Works

A site visit MUST be done before bid submission and Evidence of which Must Be Submitted for Evaluation Purposes. A Site Visit Form Must be Collected at the Procurement Unit, 4th Floor 18 Wellington Street, Freetown.
Bids will be opened on Wednesday 28th September 2022 at 10:05 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend, at The Training Room, 5th Floor, National Revenue Authority, 18 Wellington Street, Freetown. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
