Manager - ICT Planning (1)
The ICT Planning Manager will report directly to the Director, ICT and will be responsible for developing and promoting the application of sound project management technologies. Assesses and evaluates risks. Plans, directs and coordinates activities to manage complex, interrelated projects from initiation to completion.
The applicant must possess a degree, preferably in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or Business Management with minimum of 3 years working experience in a Corporate Institution or similar environment. Possession of Certificate of competency in project management is an added advantage.
- Has a broad understanding of all aspects of IT.
- Understands and communicates the role and impact of IT on the Authority.
- Project Management experience in a large project or a major unit within a very large project. Previous experience of medium to large IT projects essential.
- Can absorb complex technical information and communicate effectively at all levels to both technical and non-technical audiences.
