Finance and Budget department ensures that the resources of the Authority are optimally employed and accounted for with improvement in cost control and financial discipline. The primary functions of the department are accounting and reporting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, cash receipts, cash management and investments. The department is also responsible, the retirement of fund, purchasing, and budget preparation.
